Established in 1998 as Adelaide’s first premier Indonesian restaurant, our journey evolved into Hut & Soul in 2016, redefining Malaysian heritage cuisine with sophistication and modern elegance. Our menu is a heartfelt tribute to the dishes Chef Aloysius grew up cooking alongside his father and grandfather in their family restaurant in Malaysia, recipes passed down through generations and now reimagined with the finest South Australian produce.
